The rules that govern your use of Prelyct products and services

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any Prelyct service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our products.

2. Services and availability

Prelyct provides digital products—including Prelyct Votes, Prelyct Hostels, and custom software—as well as creative and presentation services. We may update or discontinue any offering at our discretion.

While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and emergency work may result in temporary downtime.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or legal requirements.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Interfere with system operations or security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to data or infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer or replicate our products without consent.

5. Fees and payments

Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are defined in your proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Intellectual property

All Prelyct software, designs, and documentation remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Client branding, assets, and data remain the property of the client.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your data, business plans, and credentials as confidential. You agree to keep our proprietary information and pricing confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

8. Data protection

Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining consent from end users and complying with applicable data protection laws when using our products.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prelyct disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

Prelyct is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the incident.

11. Termination

You may discontinue using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, the courts of Ghana.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
